Proud to be an American in Japan

Thank you for this gift, President Obama.

It is nice to feel a newfound sense of patriotism that I have tucked away for the last 8 years. President Obama - you brought the heat and I am ready to cook in the kitchen, baby!

Check out this link:

Yes, I cried when watching his speech.  Yes, I watch his speech EVERY night before I go to bed.  Yes, I know the road is tough for Obama, but I choose to believe that he can bring this nation back from a sense of panic, shame, and despair.  Look at what he has already done for our nation, our world.  We have hope for a better future, and, if nothing else, we are more united than we have been in a long time.  Feels good.

YES WE DID, folks!

Hey Misty,
it has been a while since i visited your blog. hope you are having a great time in Japan.
Well, that was a quite an emotional piece of history. I stayed awake for the night just to see Obama win,as if winning was not enough he had a very elaborate and inspiring speech and at that moment i noticed that the world will never been the same again, at least my world will never be the same again.
Have a great time

Proud to be your friend.
